Sostanza pen

Sostanza Pen is a refillable ballpoint pen with a romantic and ingenious spirit. Its two elements have complementary shapes and wrap around each other in a kind of embrace. When the profiles match the tip is pulled out, and the reverse when they move apart. 

The unusual mechanism is also the aesthetic focus of the piece: instead of being hidden inside, it is highlighted and embellished by the double surface finish. The weight balance and tapered silhouette offer a rewarding writing experience even in long sessions. 

In the Cloudy Silver version, the two parts are anodized with different finishes to create a pleasing tone-on-tone effect, the same for the Shadow Black version, where the two parts are anodized in black. A unique and sophisticated object to treasure, love, and recharge.
